[ibatis] 다중 property isEmpty/isNotEmpty 처리 예제

iBatis 에서 isEmpty/isNotEmpty 를 이용하여 multiple property 로 처리하는 예제 (아래)

멀티 nested tag 를 사용하여 해결 가능
